By registering, you are signifying your agreement to these to waivers:

Liability Waiver
I, HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Family Education Days and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any of the events or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, Family Education Days, provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct. I understand that the activities and functions in which I participate may be considered (but do not have to be) of a volunteer/event nature, or for the benefit of a 501(c)(3), and/or dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and next of kin, I waive all claims for damages, injuries and death sustained to me or my property, that I may have against the afore mentioned released party to such activity. I have read, understood and fully agree to the terms of this WAIVER AND RELEASE for the registered child.

Transportation, Arrival, and departure of Teen Drivers
Transportation to and from all Family Education Days Sponsored events is solely the decision and responsibility of the family/parents/guardians. If a teen is permitted by the parents/guardians to drive themselves and/or their friends to and/or from an event, the families of such drivers will take full responsibility for their child/ children’s behavior, arrival, and departure times. FED will not be responsible for the arrival or departure of a child/children in attendance of an event if they drove independently and attended without a parent or guardian.

Medical Waiver
I understand that if my children are in need of emergency care and it is not possible to reach me, event administrators have my permission to secure medical services for my children. Emergency care is defined as cardiac or respiratory distress where only immediate medical attention would keep a child alive.  Should the need arise for a child to be transported to the hospital, an event administrator will stay at their side until a parent arrives.  I also understand that I will be responsible for the cost of all such medical services.  I further confirm that any allergies or medical issues have been noted in the appropriate question during registration..
