Walking Beside You: Learning Differences (Evening Meeting)
Speaker Bios:
Tracy Tatum M.Ed., LDT, CALT
I am a lifelong teacher and learner. It is my absolute joy to be a dyslexia therapist. I retired from Arlington ISD where I taught for 36 years on the same campus - 30 years as a third grade teacher and 6 years as a dyslexia teacher. My goal in teaching dyslexic students is to provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment to restore self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning while growing their reading, spelling, and writing skills.
Misty Espinosa
I have my Masters in Education, with a concentration in educational therapy. I’m now studying for my CALT as a Scottish Rite Take Flight trainee. It is my hope to help children who struggle with dyslexia and other learning differences in making reading fun.
